About this route
Route 112 through the White Mountain National Forest, from Lincoln over Kancamagus Pass at about 870 m and along the Swift River down to Conway. Smooth curves, forest, waterfalls and riverside stops, and no fuel, shops or houses along the way. Expect heavy traffic in the autumn colours, from late September to mid October. Parking at trailheads and picnic areas needs a forest pass.
