What does the app cost?

The app is free. Browsing routes, downloading them, exporting to your sat-nav and recording your own rides all stay free, with no ads and no trial that quietly ends.

An optional subscription that unlocks turn-by-turn navigation and curvy route generation in the app. It costs 19.99 euro a year with the first week free, or 2.99 euro for a week pass, and renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Everything else in the app, and the whole website, stays free without it.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone with iOS 26 or later. An Android version is not available yet.

Do I need an account?

Not to browse. You need a free account to save favourites, upload your own routes, earn XP or join a group ride.

Motarva on Apple CarPlay

Connect your iPhone to a CarPlay screen and the map moves across with it. Your next two turns, the distance to each one and the time you have left, all where you can read them at a glance.

Start a route from the head unit and the app picks it up, so you are riding before you have taken a glove off. Your phone then drops into the roadbook rather than mirroring the same map: the map on the head unit, the turn list on the bar.
