How much does it cost?

There are three tiers, Bronze, Silver and Gold, plus a custom tier quoted on request. Each one buys a different level of visibility, and the prices are listed on this page. Founding partner rates apply while the programme is young. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.

How visible will my business be?

Your business appears as a pin on every route map near your location. Higher tiers get larger pins, priority placement, and your logo displayed to riders browsing routes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Either party may end the partnership with 30 days written notice by email. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.

What happens after I apply?

Our team reviews your application within 48 hours. We'll reach out by email to discuss the best tier for your business and get you set up.

Can I have multiple locations?

Yes. The custom tier covers multi-location partnerships. Get in touch and we will put together a plan that fits your business.

1. Partner Program Overview

By submitting a partner inquiry through this form, you ("Partner") express interest in joining the Motarva Partner Program operated by Beuzze, VAT BE 0754.641.390, Belgium ("we", "us"). These terms govern your participation in the program once your application has been approved.

2. Application & Approval

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into the Partner Program.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours on business days.
You must provide accurate and truthful business information. Providing false information may result in immediate removal from the program.

3. Business Listing

Approved partners receive a map pin and business listing on the Motarva platform according to their selected tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
We reserve the right to modify, reposition, or remove your listing if it violates these terms or our community guidelines.
You are responsible for keeping your business details (address, opening hours, contact information) up to date.

4. Tier Features & Pricing

Tier features and pricing are subject to change. Active partners will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect.
Payment terms and billing cycles will be communicated upon approval of your application.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content & Brand Usage

By joining the program, you grant Motarva a non-exclusive license to display your business name, logo, description, and images on our platform and promotional materials.
You must not use the Motarva name, logo, or brand assets without prior written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Personal and business data submitted through this form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use your information solely for processing your inquiry, managing your partnership, and communicating with you about the program.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your tax number (VAT) is stored securely and used only for invoicing purposes.

7. Responsibilities

Partners must operate a legitimate business and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Partners must not engage in misleading advertising or misrepresent their services on the platform.
Partners are responsible for the quality of their own products and services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice via email.
We may terminate a partnership immediately in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or repeated violations of these terms.
Upon termination, your business listing will be removed from the platform.

9. Liability

Motarva is a route-sharing platform. We are not liable for interactions, transactions, or disputes between partners and riders.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the partner for the current billing period.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Active partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
