Version 1.5 of the Motarva app has been in the App Store since 5 September. Two things stand out: your group ride can talk without anyone touching a phone, and the riding screen shows you what is coming.
Signals for your group ride
- Fuel, Break, Slow down or I’ve stopped: one tap and the whole group knows
- Their phones say it out loud while they ride, so nobody has to look down
- One tap back confirms you got it
- Write your own short messages before you leave and send them the same way, on CarPlay too
See what is ahead
- A strip along the edge of the riding screen puts the fuel stops and the finish on one axis you can read at a glance
- Fuel stations appear on the map while you navigate, on the phone and in the car
- The voice tells you how far is left, in your language
Collections
- Group routes into a trip or a wish list straight from any route card
- Only you see your collections
My Routes in one place
- Created, Favorites, Ridden and Collections under one roof, with search, sort and multi-select
- Edit, publish and delete your own routes without leaving the app
- The list in Explore shows the whole catalog, with your filters and sort carried through
Sharper on the map
- Every pin has a new look
- The roads under your route stand out
- The camera glides instead of stepping
- Home shows articles in your own language
Plus a long list of smaller fixes.
Download
The app is free. Browsing, downloading and riding community routes turn by turn costs nothing. The app needs iOS 26.
