The feedback form
- Sign in and open Give Feedback (in the footer, or at /feedback/).
- Pick a category: Idea, Bug or Question.
- Write a short title and, if it helps, a description: what you tried, on which page or route, and on which device.
- Click Submit Feedback.
No account, or about your data

A problem with a route
Routes are made and shared by riders. They are not checked by us. If a route uses a closed road or something else is wrong with it: signed in, open the route’s Share menu and choose Report this route. For anything else, use the feedback form and include the route’s link.
