Sign in and reset your password

Sign in

1. Click the account icon at the top right and choose Log in (on a phone: Sign in in the menu).
2. Enter your email address or username and your password, or choose Google or Apple if that is how you joined.
3. Tick Remember me on your own device so you stay signed in.

A code on a new device

Signing in with your password on a new device or browser? We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to finish signing in; it works for 10 minutes.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email address of your account and click Send Reset Link.
3. Open the link in the email and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

Joined with Google or Apple? Then you have no Motarva password: sign in with the same button again.

Too many attempts

After five wrong attempts in a short time, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. That protects your account. Wait, then try again or reset your password.

Change your password

Signed in, open your profile, go to My Account and use Change Password.
